Studio rules
NO pets allowed in studios
Minimum reservation of 2 hours : Reservations for 1 hour are not permitted; we only accept reservations for blocks of 2 hours or more.
Liability: In the event of an accident caused by a PACA tenant resulting in damage to property, the tenant agrees to pay for the repair costs (wall, light, window, handle, etc.).
We will now require an assessment of the condition of the premises from anyone moving into the studio.
If any damage is found after your stay and has not been reported to us, you will be charged for the repair costs. To avoid charges being incurred by the wrong people, please check the following as soon as you arrive: the condition of the floor (e.g., deep scratches), the condition of shared equipment (sound system, mattresses, kitchen equipment, etc.), and the condition of the walls (stains, marks, holes). Remember to look behind the curtains!
Injuries: It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not injure yourself. We are not responsible for any physical injuries you may sustain in the studio.
Music: It is forbidden to turn the volume up to maximum, as sound travels through the corridors. Remember to close the curtains on walls adjacent to other offices to limit noise propagation.
Arrival/departure time: It is essential that you arrive at the venue at the exact time of your reservation and not 15 minutes early. Similarly, we ask that you leave the venue at the time of your reservation and not exceed your time slot. If you exceed your time slot by more than 10 minutes, you will be charged for 1 hour.
Cleaning the premises: It is essential to dry mop the floor at the end of your reservation period. For reservations of more than 3 days: mop and wash the floor (equipment can be found in the large cupboard in the kitchen area).
Cancellation: If you need to cancel a reservation, you can choose between a 50% refund or a credit equivalent to 75% of the prepaid amount. The credit is valid for 6 months from the date of cancellation. Once the reservation has been made, we do not allow time slots to be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend one of your reservations, you will need to go through a cancellation procedure.
You must inform us of your intention to cancel 48 hours before the time of your reservation.

The goal of PACA
With these spaces, the Foutoukours company aims to be a facilitator for its counterparts from all backgrounds interested in applied research in the circus and performing arts. The PACA project extends and consolidates the company’s current mandate: to contribute appropriately to its community and develop new organizational skills that benefit the entire circus community.
PACA is open thanks to the support of valuable partners: the 40 donors to our Nourrir L’inspiration campaign, Alexandre Leduc, Député d’Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Québec solidaire, Le Centre Culturel Desjardins.
We are very proud to be setting up an adequate, safe, and well-equipped space for rehearsals, creation, training, and education.
