With these spaces, the Foutoukours company wants to be a facilitator for its counterparts from all over the world who are interested in applied research in the circus and performing arts. The PACA project allows us to extend and consolidate the company’s current mandate: to contribute adequately to its environment and to develop new organizational skills that will benefit the entire circus community.

Studio B : 700 square feet in the heart of Hochelaga

We are very proud to provide an adequate, safe and well-equipped space for rehearsals, creation, practice and training.
Located at 2030 Pie-IX Boulevard, PACA B is a 700 square feet bright space that is very versatile and allows the practice of many artistic disciplines. Opened recently, we are building its equipment day by day and we offer for the moment a mat, a reception mat as well as a small sound system and a television with a broadcasting connection. When you come to Studio B, you will enjoy a warm wooden floor, a nice kitchen area and a storage space.

How to book the studio

Booking the studio is very simple and takes only 3 small steps!

STEP 1: Fill out this application form: book the studio.

STEP 2: We will contact you by email to follow up on your request, check availability, etc. Once the dates are set, you will receive an invoice for your reservation with the amount to pay.

STEP 3: Once payment is received, we will confirm your reservation and send you an access code and a Studio B information sheet.
The reservation is only confirmed AFTER payment has been received by the Foutoukours.

Please note that reservations are handled manually and are processed Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Booking condition

The studio is open for booking 7/7, from 9am to 9pm.

Reservations of 2 hours minimum. Reservations of 1 hour are not allowed, we take reservations from blocks of 2 hours, minimum.

Liability. In the event of an accident on the part of a PACA renter and material is damaged, the renter agrees to pay the cost of repairs (wall, light, window, handle, etc.).
From now on, it will be mandatory to ask for an evaluation of the state of the premises to the person entering the studio.

If after your arrival any breakages are found and not reported to us, you will be charged for the repair costs. In order to avoid charges to the wrong people, please check upon arrival: the state of the floor (deep scratches for example), the state of the common equipment (sound system, mattress, kitchen equipment, etc.) and the state of the walls (stains, marks, holes). Remember to look behind the curtains!

Injuries. It is your responsibility to ensure that you do not injure yourself. We are not responsible for any physical injuries you may inflict on yourself in the studio.

Music. Do not turn the volume up to the maximum, the sound will travel down the hallways. Please consider putting curtains on the walls adjacent to other offices to limit the spread of noise.

Arrival / departure time. It is essential that you arrive on site at the exact time of your reservation and not 15 minutes before. Similarly, we ask you to leave the premises at the time of your reservation and not to exceed your time slot. Beyond 15 minutes, you will be charged for half an hour, beyond 30 minutes, you will be charged for 1 hour, etc.

Rehearsal/Creation Rental

3 people and less: $20 to $23 per hour
4 people and more: $22 à $24 per hour

Corporate rental: Teacher, trainer, class

Hourly rate: $38 per hour

Special rate

Rental for filming / photo shooting / auditions
– Hourly rate: $25 per hour
